Copy Typing

Copy typing involves typing out handwritten documents or amended typed document. Your documents can be sent to us via various means including:

  • post
  • fax
  • scanned and then emailed

A collection service can be arranged if you are within a 5 mile radius of Wrexham town centre (* mileage will apply). Alternatively, a courier service can be organised should it be required.

Audio Typing

If you prefer to dictate your letters and documents onto an audio cassette, then you can take advantage of our Audio Typing service

Simply send us your audio cassette and we will send you back a transcript of it in the form of a word document, spreadsheet or a PDF.

Audio Typing is charged out at £0.30 per audio minute (minimum charge £15.00). If you have a large amount of regular audio typing, then you may wish to consider our monthly retainer package.

Digital Transcription

Digital Transcription allows you to dictate your documents and reports into a Digital Dictaphone and simply email it to us in various forms. We will then type it out for you and send back.

The types of digital files we accept include:

  • .WAV
  • .MP3
  • .WMA
  • .DSS

However, if you are using another format, please contact us as we may well be able to transcribe this for you as well.

We want to ensure we are giving you the highest level of service with the least amount of mistakes, but in order for this to be achieved you must ensure the quality of your dictation is high.

Website Management

If you have a website that is out of date, it can give a less than professional impression of you and your business. Our website management service means you can concentrate on running your business while we perform those time consuming housekeeping chores for you.

General Administration

Creation of Excel Spreadsheets

Creation of Powerpoint Presentations
